last call return

Identifies the last caller to your telephone number (except anonymous callers), and allows you to call them back.

To Activate Last Call Return:

1. Pickup your handset and dial *69, or 1169 for rotary phones.
2. The telephone number of the last person who called will be played back to you through your telephone receiver.
3. If you choose to return the call, press 1.
4. If the telephone number is busy, Last Call Return will try to process the call for the next 30 minutes.

To Deactivate Last Call Return:

1. If, during the 30 minute period, you choose to cancel the service, pick up your handset and dial *89, or 1189 for rotary phones.
