continuous redial

If you need to call someone but repeatedly get a busy signal, activate continuous redial to call for you. Continuous Redial will monitor the telephone number you have dialed for up to 30 minutes and will call you back when the line becomes available. After you pick up the phone, the number you entered will also be automatically dialed.

How To Activate Continuous Redial:

  1. If you've dialed a busy line, hang up.
  2. Now pick the reciver back up and dial *66.

You will hear a two beep confirmation tone.

Note: At this time, we only guarantee that this feature works for the prefixes 458, 446, & 894.

To Deactivate Continuous Redial:

If during the 30 minute redial period you would like to cancel the service, pick up your handset and dial *86, or if you have a rotary phone, 1186.
